Double and Triple Buck Nights

The first night after a planned night off is a double or triple (after Christmas break) buck night for sections only. Clubbers receive four bucks for each signature on a Section that is said that night or at home. Therefore, it is possible to earn 8 bucks per section on double bucks night and 12 on the triple bucks night.
When does 19 = 20?
Miss Carole will trade 19 Ones for a 20 Awana buck at any time.
  The Awana Store

The Awana Store is the place where the clubbers get to spend the Awana bucks they have earned. There are five Store Nights during the Awana year. The second store is the Christmas store with free gift wrapping. The last store is on the last regular meeting of the year.

The Store “merchandise” is mostly gently used items that come from a variety of sources. Prices range from 1 to over 200 bucks. Therefore, clubbers might want to save their bucks for more expensive items.

Since the clubbers enjoy buying for other people, as well as themselves, a large variety of items are carried. Many of the items are “one of a kind”.

Parents, especially parents of Cubbies, are encouraged to help their clubbers make their purchases. When Sparks and T&Ts know the number of bucks in their possession when they enter the store, they are given another Awana buck.

Today’s children are bombarded with many non-Christian heroes and values. While many of these are not inherently bad, Awana only wants to promote godly values, good role models, and positive heroes. Therefore the following will not be knowingly carried in the Awana store.:

· Things that depict or represent heroes or characters from
secular media.
· Santa Claus, Easter Bunny, Good Fairy
· Things that can be considered ungodly or can have
the appearance of evil.
· Food, candy, gum

Donations that follow these guidelines will be gladly accepted. Please see Miss Carole to make your donations. Both new and gently used items are appreciated.
