What Is A Secret Pal ?

A Secret Pal  is the anonymous person that has drawn your name.
What Is the responsibility of a Secret Pal ?
·         To send an occasional reminder that you are thinking of the person whose name you’ve drawn, especially on the following days (all the info you need will be provided for you):

ü      Birthday

ü       Anniversary (or other designated day if specified - If the person you draw has no Anniversary, they had the option on their form to choose “Other”)

ü       You may give gifts on other occasions too, if you wish, but it is strictly voluntary.

·         Attend the annual revealing dinner to reveal names for past year

What is the purpose?
It is a chance to give and receive special attention on your special days while keeping your identity a “Big” secret until the Revelation Dinner.

How Can I Take Part?
At the Revelation Dinner you turn in your name and complete the information form.  Draw a name for the coming year.  Please realize that becoming a Secret Pal is a commitment and must be taken seriously.  Someone is depending on you to remember them in a special way on their special days.  If for any reason you cannot keep your commitment, please let the Secret Pal Coordinator know.
